Refund Policy

10-day free trial

Every new Subverra account starts with a 10-day free trial. We require a credit card to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal inside the app. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error, or if you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@subverra.io within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
